• Technical data received by the form host: when the form loads or is submitted, the form host receives technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and the date and time of the request.
• Direct communications: any information you send us if you email us at privacy@heatleads.com.

We do not ask for or require sensitive personal information (such as government identification numbers, financial account credentials, or health data). Please do not include sensitive personal information in your form submission.

3. How the consultation form works

The consultation request form on our Consultation page is an embedded HighLevel (LeadConnector) form. Submissions made through the form are received directly into Heatleads' HighLevel account.

Submitting the form sends us a request for review. It does not book or confirm an appointment or calendar call. We review your details first and follow up directly to discuss fit.

4. How we use your information

We use the information you provide for the following purposes:

• To review your request, evaluate mutual fit, and reply to arrange or decline a free 30-minute fit conversation.
• To follow up regarding your enquiry and any conversation that follows.
• To maintain administrative records of client and prospective client communications.
• To safeguard the security of our site and comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Who processes your information

We share or process personal information only with trusted third parties necessary to operate our enquiry workflows:

• HighLevel: HighLevel and its infrastructure and hosting providers process and store form submissions on our behalf.
• Website hosting: our website hosting provider may process basic server logs necessary to deliver web pages securely.
• Professional advisers and legal authorities: we may share information with professional advisers or authorities where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.

6. Cookies and tracking

We do not run analytics tools, advertising pixels, or remarketing tracking scripts on this website. There are no visitor accounts, online checkout, or eCommerce stores on this site.

The embedded form provider (HighLevel) may use technical storage or essential cookies necessary to securely render and submit the consultation form. If we add analytics, advertising, or other tracking technologies in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy before doing so.
